Morning Moment of Motivation

FREE online daily motivational group offered to anyone currently working with me individually, or within one of my courses.
Purpose
The Morning Moment of Motivation is based on numerous indigenous practices and beliefs, recognizing the significance of each day presenting the opportunity to be a new person.
Everything previous to that moment is in the past, and can/should be left there. Everything future of that moment is unknown, but will be built from that present moment.
The Morning Moment of Motivation is a moment we can share with others in the group one or two things we want to achieve that day as part of our goal for who we want to be moving forward, and the person we want to be seen as.
It’s a simple ritualistic process held within the community of this online group, where individuals witness others, and be recognized themselves, as this new person, working at, and achieving goals towards the person each desires to be.
Additionally, the process supports a transition from past and future thinking, to present moment thoughts and actions.

Meeting Time -- EST
The meeting is scheduled for the morning, nautical twilight period, EST. It’s roughly 20 minutes and it changes slightly each day.

Process
It’s very simple. One by one we share our achievements from the previous day, and then list one or two items we want to focus on achieving that day.

FREE, but must be a current client in some form.
Cancellation policy
There is no cancellation. As a current client, you are free to use this service as needed.
