*Based on weekly appointments, four per month.
**Memberships are not pro-rated. They are monthly, beginning on the first day and ending on the last day. If you join mid-month, your membership will expire on the final day of that month, and automatically renew on the first day of the following month (the next day). However, as a member, even if you only use your FREE first appointment for the month, you’ll still be saving $100 over a non-member.

Initial Consultation – (15 Minute) $15
(Will be applied as a discount to your first session should you choose to work with me)
Initial consultations are 10-15 minutes.
All working sessions are a 45-minute hour. That is, 45 minutes of face-to-face time, and 15 minutes for me to write post-session notes and plan our trajectory in relation to your situation.
* Current membership rates are a discounted introductory rate, and will remain in place for 2025. However, as long as your membership does not lapse, and you maintain a minimum of one weekly appointment, we will honor this rate until your membership does lapse, or this program ceases.

In the online portal, you can:
- Communicate securely with me
- Create and cancel your membership
- Make, change, and cancel appointments (within company policy)
- Complete any required documentation, assessment, or surveys
- Complete payments
The process is simple and can all done from the comfort of your own computer, laptop, smart phone, etc.
Begin by:
- Clicking any “Request Appointment” button/link
- Create your account using a sign-in and password, or sign-in via your Google, Facebook, or Twitter account
- For mobile devices, you can download the Jane App from the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store.
That’s it! Easy! Now, see the options below to book a consultation, join and schedule as a member, or schedule as a non-member.
Scheduling a 15-Minute Consultation
- Go to your Jane App portal, or go to it via any “Request Appointment” link on this site
- Sign in
- Select “Book an Appointment” at the top right of the page
- Select the “NEW CLIENT Consultation” option at the top of the left column.
- Select your preferred day/time from the available options on the calendar. A window will open up giving you the option to “Continue” to complete your booking.
- CONTINUE: Follow the steps to complete your booking (you’ll need to enter a credit card to become a member and/or hold any appointment).
That’s it! Easy!
- You will receive confirmation, and appointment details, as well as reminders leading up to your appointments.
- There is a $15 charge for the consultation to help minimize no-shows (because this is my time also). However the $15 will be applied as a credit to your first appointment should you choose to work with me.
- Log-in to your portal at any time to make changes to your consultation time, or complete any pertinent documentation.
Becoming a Member, and Booking as a Member
- Go to your Jane App portal, or go to it via any “Request Appointment” link on this site
- Sign in
- Select “Book an Appointment” at the top right of the page
- Select the “BECOME MONTHLY MEMBER $190, and/or BOOK FREE 1st MONTHLY APPT.” option in the left column. This option will both join you as a member and allow you to schedule your FREE first appointment for the month.
- Select your preferred day/time from the available options on the calendar. A window will open up giving you the option to “Continue” and complete your booking, or “Book More”.
- BOOK MORE: Select your next appointment in the left column (chronological order; 2nd Monthly Appt., 3rd Monthly Appt., etc.), and follow the process in step five again until you’re done.
- CONTINUE: Follow the steps to complete your booking (you’ll need to enter a credit card to become a member and/or hold any appointment).
That’s it! Easy!
- You will receive confirmation, and appointment details, as well as reminders leading up to your appointments.
- Herein, your monthly membership fee of $190 will be auto-applied to your credit card on file, on the first day of each month.
- Log-in to your portal at any time to make changes, book appointments, or complete any pertinent documentation.
- When booking appointments, ensure to always follow the “MEMBER” options in chronological order to receive your discounted rates.
- When scheduling your first appointment for each month, always select the “BECOME MONTHLY MEMBER $190, and/or BOOK FREE 1st MONTHLY APPT.” option first.
Non-Members
- Go to your Jane App portal, or go to it via any “Request Appointment” link on this site
- Sign in
- Select “Book an Appointment” at the top right of the page
- Select the “NON-MEMBER Appointment” option towards the top of the left column.
- Select your preferred day/time from the available options on the calendar. A window will open up giving you the option to “Continue” and complete your booking, or “Book More”.
- BOOK MORE: Select “NON-MEMBER Appointment” in the left column again, and follow the process in step five again until you’re done.
- CONTINUE: Follow the steps to complete your booking (you’ll need to enter a credit card to hold any appointment).

Membership FAQ
If I don't use my free monthly visit, does it carry over into the next month?
No, the free monthly visit expires at the end of each month.
Why doesn't the free monthly visit carry-over to the next month?
The purpose of the membership and its discounts is to encourage regular sessions during a given calendar month; to motivate; to stimulate proactivity; to facilitate change and prevent the return of dysfunctional patterns of behavior.
How long does my membership last for?
As long as you choose! Memberships are perpetually recurring on a monthly interval.
How much commitment does a membership lock me in for?
Just one month! No long-term contracts of any kind.
When are membership payments processed?
On the 1st of each month.
When can I cancel my membership?
Anytime. Membership payments are processed on the first of the month. Those payments are considered final and will not be refunded. Therefore, cancelation of a membership will take effect beginning the subsequent month.
How are membership payments processed?
Through a credit card or HSA/FSA card listed on your file.
Can I use my HSA/FSA card for membership payments?
Yes. A credit card is also required on file in the case that the HSA/FSA card’s funds have been depleted.
Can you bill my insurance to pay for my visits?
No. We are not contracted as a provider with any insurance companies.
Can I, the patient, bill my own insurance if I have out-of-network benefits?
Possibly! However, you’ll need to check and confirm this with your insurance provider. If so, we can supply you with a superbill that you can use to submit for any potential reimbursement from your insurance company.
